That Goderich Town Council authorize that staff be given power to act to meet with the Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh Planner and hire an outside Consultant and/or legal counsel, if required, to formally address concerns and assist in developing comments for a submission to the Township of Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh on behalf of Goderich Town Council with input from the Goderich Municipal Airport Committee regarding an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-Law Amendment application for 33884 and 33862 Airport Road.
