That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the February 28, 2019 Special Council meeting at 8:00 a.m. a) Code of Conduct and Council and Staff Relationship Policy b) Huron County Economic Development Department/County of Huron - Request for Expressions of Interest - Former Bluewater Youth Detention Centre - March 8, 2019 deadline

That By-Laws 19 and 20 of 2019, be now introduced and read a first time.

That By-Laws 19 and 20 of 2019 be taken as read a first time.

That By-Laws 19 and 20 of 2019 be read a second time.

That By-Laws 19 and 20 of 2019 be taken as read a second time.

That By-Laws 19 and 20 of 2019 be given a third and final reading that the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law 30 of 2019, being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council special meeting held on February 28, 2019 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 28th day of February, 2019.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 8:23 a.m. to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for March 4, 2019.
