Council Meeting

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the July 18, 2022, regular Council Agenda, as presented.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby adopts the June 27, 2022, regular Council Minutes, as printed.

That Council defer a decision on the Draft Plan of Subdivision 40T21004 and GOD OPA 15 and Z12-21 to allow the applicant to address any public concerns and outstanding issues raised by staff, and agencies, particularly the MTO; And that a staff report with formal recommendations on the applications be brought forward to a future meeting of Council

That Goderich Town Council adjourn the public meeting at 4:56 pm.

That Council rise at 4:57 p.m. and go into Closed Committee of the Whole Session pursuant to Section 239(2)(c) property matters and (b) personal matters.

That Council rise and come out of Closed Committee of the Whole Session at 6:05 p.m.

That staff be directed to obtain a second appraisal on the Town-owned land identified as 210 Huckins Street for a report back to Council.

That Council approve the Goderich Port Management Corporation Annual Report and the 2022 Annual Management and Maintenance Plans.

That the Truly Nolen account in the amount $1,483.00 be approved for payment.

That the accounts for the period ending July 7, 2022 in the amount of $867,099.01 be approved for payment.

That the Staff Reports be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That the correspondence be received for information.

That the correspondence items be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That By-Laws 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 of 2022 be taken collectively.

That By-Laws 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 of 2022 be read a first and second time.

That By-Laws 100, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110 and 111 of 2022 be read a third time and finally passed.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 112-2022 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on July 18, 2022, and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this July 18, 2022.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 7:15 pm to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for August 22, 2022, at 4:00 pm.
