MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the September 12, 2023, Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

MacLellan THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board refer the quotes presented for the asphalt paving and fencing to the Director of Community Services, Infrastructure and Operations, Sean Thomas; AND THAT Town staff have the authorization to refer the asphalt paving and fencing quotes to the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre 2024 budget.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the September 12, 2023, Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

That the Special Minutes of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board dated August 16, 2023, be adopted, as printed.

That the Accounts for the period ending September 1, 2023, in the amount of $204,209.06 be approved.

That agenda items 7.1 Revenue and Expenditure Report to August 31, 2023, 7.2 Expense Detail Report to August 31, 2023, 7.3 Tipping Fees to August 31, 2023, be received for information.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board direct staff to produce a Request for Proposal for freon disposal services at the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre; AND THAT the Request for Proposal ask each proponent for an hourly rate and/or per unit rate for freon disposal services; AND THAT the Request for Proposal ask each proponent for the frequency of site visits to the Mid-Huron Recycling for freon disposal services.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board refer the quotes presented for the asphalt paving and fencing to the Director of Community Services, Infrastructure and Operations, Sean Thomas; AND THAT Town staff have the authorization to refer the asphalt paving and fencing quotes to the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre 2024 budget.
