That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee hereby adopts the November 5, 2025, Minutes, as printed.

That the correspondence be received for information.

That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee invites Duncan McGregor and Dave Armour to present their ideas at the next Committee meeting.

O'Brien That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee approves the event will be held on June 24 to July 27, 2027.

That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee appoints Laura Herman as the Event Planning Coordinator, Gary LaRose as the Marketing and Promotion Coordinator, Susan O'Brien as the History Coordinator, and Lori Rounds and Marion Goodman as the Sponsorship and Fundraising Coordinators; And Further That the Volunteer Coordinator and Logistics and Operations Coordinator vacancies be addressed at the next meeting.

That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee contact the Goderich Service Clubs and invite representatives from each Club to the January meeting to outline their proposed involvement in the event.

That the Town of Goderich 2027 Bi-Centennial Committee does now adjourn at 3 PM to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for January 7, 2026.
