Special Council Meeting

That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the November 18, 2019 Special Council meeting at 4:30 p.m.: a) Director of Operations Job Description b) Director of Operations Selection Committee

That the Director of Operations Job Description be approved.

That Council appoint John Grace, Myles Murdock, Trevor Bazinet and an external Human Resource person and other staff as desired and selected by them to proceed with an external and internal posting and hiring process for the Director of Operations position and further that any and all expenditures associated with this hiring process be recovered from the Succession Planning and Wage Adjustment Reserve By-Law 27 of 2013, and that any motions, resolutions or By-Laws inconsistent with the above, be hereby repealed.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 121 of 2019 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council special meeting held on November 18, 2019 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 18th day of November, 2019.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 4:34 p.m. to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for November 25, 2019.
