That the Town of Goderich Committee of Adjustment hereby adopts the November 8, 2022 Minutes, as printed.

That the Committee of Adjustment approve the Consent Application GOD C05-22 subject to the following conditions: The proposed garage be constructed consistently with the site plan and elevation drawings submitted with the application, with at least the minimum 1 m setback, to the satisfaction of the Town’s Chief Building Official. The approval is valid for a period of 18 months from the Committee’s decision.

That the Committee of Adjustment received public comments on the issues of daylight, lot coverage, trees, traffic, and character, the comments were thoroughly considered but the effect did not influence the decisions to approve the application; And further that agency comments were received in support of the application, the effect of which resulted in a decision to approve the application.
