MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the June 13, 2023 Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board receive and approve the December 31, 2022 audited financial statement report, as presented.

MacLellan That the Accounts ending May 30, 2023 in the amount of $174,624.73, be approved.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board use $14,000 from the machinery and equipment reserve to purchase a truck for the on-site maneuvering of the 40-yard bins.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise at 3:19 p.m. and go into Closed Committee of the Whole Session pursuant to Section 239(2) (i), (j) and (k) of the Municipal Act.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise and come out of Closed Session at 3:23 p.m.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the June 13, 2023 Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

That the Minutes of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board dated March 28, 2023 be adopted, as printed.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board receive and approve the December 31, 2022 audited financial statement report, as presented.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board appoint Takalo & Burt as the auditors of the 2023 Financial Statements.

That the Accounts ending May 30, 2023 in the amount of $174,624.73, be approved.

That agenda item 7.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to May 31, 2023 and agenda item 7.2 Expense Detail Report to May 31, 2023 be received for information.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board use $14,000 from the machinery and equipment reserve to purchase a truck for the on-site maneuvering of the 40- yard bins.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board direct staff to investigate the process to charge a higher fee rate (50% above the regular posted rate for participating Mid-Huron Recycling Centre municipalities) when materials are dropped off by non-participating municipalities at the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise at 3:19 p.m. and go into Closed Committee of the Whole Session pursuant to Section 239(2) (i), (j) and (k) of the Municipal Act.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise and come out of Closed Session at 3:23 p.m.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board does now adjourn at 3:24 p.m. to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for September 12, 2023.
