That the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board hereby accepts the December 12, 2023, Agenda, as presented.

McNeil That the Accounts ending November 29, 2023, in the amount of $53,598.36, be approved.

That Agenda items 6.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to November 30, 2023, 6.2 Expense Detail Report to November 30, 2023, and 6.3 ONE Investment Report, be received for information.

That Mid-Huron Landfill authorize staff to take $750,000.00 out of the One Investment Account to find the best rate for the GIC account, for any amount of 5% or higher for a 12-month period or longer.

McNeil That the 2024 Draft Budget be received for information and approved.

That the Supervisor's Report for December 2023 be received for information.

THAT Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board approve the 2024 meeting dates and that the Clerk be authorized to advertise the meeting dates in accordance with the Town's Public Meeting Notice By-Law 99 of 2019.

THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board approve the treatment of Phragmites on-site by Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority in 2024; AND THAT Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority prepare an application on behalf of the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board for funding through the Huron Clean Water Project.

That the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board does now adjourn at 2:16 PM to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for February 7, 2024, at 1:30 PM.

That the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board hereby adopts the September 12, 2023, Minutes, as printed.

That the Accounts ending November 29, 2023, in the amount of $53,598.36, be approved.

That the 2024 Draft Budget be received for information and approved.

That the correspondence be received for information.

That the Mid-Huron Landfill Board concur with staff’s recommendation to award the RFP to B.M. Ross and Associates Limited; And Further That the service agreements be duly executed by the Chair and Secretary of the Board.
