That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the March 22, 2021 regular Council Agenda, as presented.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby adopts the March 15, 2021 regular Council Minutes, as printed.

That the accounts for the period ending March 10, 2021 in the amount of $303,706.15 be approved for payment.

That the Staff Reports at 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.6 and 7.7 be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That By-Laws 43 and 44 of 2021 be taken collectively.

That By-Laws 43 and 44 of 2021 be read a First and Second Time.

That By-Laws 43 and 44 of 2021 be read a Third Time and Finally Passed.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 45 of 2021 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on March 22, 2021 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 22nd day of March, 2021.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 4:56 p.m. to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for April 12, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
