WHEREAS the Town of Goderich entered into an Agreement for the provision of Police Services under Section 10 of the Police Services Act which commenced on January 1, 2020. AND FURTHER THAT the Goderich Police Services Board recommend to Goderich Town Council to extend the duration of the current contract, with the same terms and conditions, to conclude on the 31 st of December 2025. AND FURTHER THAT Goderich Town Council pass the necessary by-law at their December 18 meeting to extend the duration of the current contract to December 31, 2025.

THAT the Goderich Police Services Board approve the 2024 meeting dates, as amended, and that the Clerk be authorized to advertise the meeting dates in accordance with the Town's Public Meeting Notice By-Law 99 of 2019.
