That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the March 25, 2020 Special Council Meeting at 3:00 p.m. Approval of March 16, 2020 Special Council Minutes Municipal Operations Update - Mayor Grace Amendment to Procedural By-Law - Electronic Voting Delegation of Authority 2019 Water Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Plan Annual Reports and 2019 Compliance Summary Pool Column Tender Report Road Construction Tender Report Letter of Understanding between the Town of Goderich – Municipal Child Care Centre and Huron County Social Housing Deferral of Interest and Penalty on Unpaid Taxes Ontario Regulation #284/09 Report Future Council meetings

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the March 25, 2020 Special Council Agenda, as presented.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby adopts the March 16, 2020 Special Council Minutes, as printed.

That the correspondence and reports be received and the noted action be approved.

That By-Laws 46 to 48 of 2020 be taken collectively.

That By-Laws 46 to 48 of 2020 be read a First and Second Time.

That By-Laws 46 to 48 of 2020 be read a Third Time and Finally Passed.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law 49 of 2020 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Special Council meeting held on March 25, 2020 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 25th day of March, 2020.

That Goderich Town Council does adjourn at 3:17 p.m. to meet again on April 6, 2020 or at the call of the Chair.
