Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the June 14, 2022 Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

That the Minutes of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board dated March 29, 2022 be adopted, as printed.

That the Accounts ending May 30, 2022 in the amount of $138,039.87, be approved.

That agenda item 7.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to May 31, 2022 and agenda item 7.2 Expense Detail Report to May 31, 2022 be received for information.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board approve the replacement of the weigh scale in 2022 using the funds set aside for the concrete pad and waste shoot installation in the 2022 budget. And that the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board consider a $10 increase in the tipping fee (from $230 to $240) and recycling fees (from $175 to $185) at the September 13, 2022 meeting.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board delegate all future credit approval to the Treasurer, provided a report be included with each credit approval at future Board meetings.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Board direct staff to request the Municipality of Bluewater to agree to reimburse for the cost of an Engineer’s Report, prepared by GHD, to evaluate the existing Mid-Huron Recycling Centre site layout and operations, and prepare conceptual designs for modification and enhancements at the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre, including any potential changes needed in the Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) and capital plan, in order to include the Municipality of Bluewater in future Mid-Huron Recycling operations.
