That the Accounts ending May 18, 2022 in the amount of $147,695.45, be approved.

That agenda item 6.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to May 31, 2022 and agenda item 6.2 Expense Detail Report to May 31, 2022 be received for information.

That the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board give staff power to act to engage in a single source procurement process to clean up the litter around the Mid-Huron Landfill Site. And that the cost be divided evenly between the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board and Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board. And that the student wage at the Mid-Huron Landfill Site be increased to $20/hour to entice the interest of potential applicants.

That the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board does now adjourn at 2:50 pm to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for September 13, 2022.
