That the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application MV08-2026, subject to the following conditions: The proposed attached addition to the existing dwelling be constructed consistently with the site plan and elevation drawings submitted as part of the application to the satisfaction of the Town’s Chief Building Official; The approval is valid for a period of 24 months from the Committee’s decision.
