THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board hereby accepts the September 13, 2022 Agenda, as presented.

THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board hereby adopts the June 14, 2022 Minutes, as printed.

McNeil THAT the Accounts ending September 2, 2022 in the amount of $145,442.80, be approved.

THAT agenda item 6.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to August 31, 2022 and agenda item 6.2 Expense Detail Report to August 31, 2022 and agenda item 6.3 Investment Summary to August 31, 2022 be received for information.

McNeil THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board direct the Site Supervisor to contact the County of Huron to investigate a program, such as the Ontario Works program, to dispose of litter and debris on the premises.

THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board give Power to Act to staff to spend up to $40,000 to regrade low areas, round off high areas and include a plastic polysheet if necessary, at the Mid-Huron Landfill Site to promote runoff.

McNeil THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board give staff Power to Act to install a float system and pump metering system at the leachate holding tank located at the Mid-Huron Landfill Site, as per the engineer's recommendation.

THAT the Mid-Huron Landfill Site Board appoint Takalo & Burt as the auditors of the 2023 Financial Statements.
