That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the February 4, 2020 Special Council meeting at 4:30 p.m.: 1. Draft 2020 Budget

That Council approve $5,000 to Goderich Celtic Festival for their Grants to Groups application.

That Council approve $2,500 to the Bank Erosion Committee for their Grants to Groups application.

That discussion regarding Community Grant Funding Applications be

That Council match our neighbouring municipality's contribution to the Bank Erosion Committee in the amount of $5,000. Mayor Grace requests a recorded vote. That Council rise from Council for a 5 minute recess at 5:33 p.m.

That Council approve $1,000 to Huron & Heritage Network for their Grants to Groups application.

That Council maintain the existing funding to the United Way Perth Huron in the amount of $0.50 per person.

That Council provide United Way Perth Huron with a grant in the sum of $4,000, the same amount as provided in 2019.

That Council approve $500 to the Huron Perth Agriculture & Water Festival for their Grants to Groups application.

That Council approve $3,000 to the Maitland Trail Association for their Grants to Groups application.

That leave to given to introduce By-Law 28 of 2020 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on February 4, 2020 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 4th day of February, 2020.

That Goderich Town Council does adjourn at 6:16 p.m. to meet again at the regular Council meeting scheduled for February 18, 2020.
