Council Meeting

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby adopts the October 7, 2019 regular Council Minutes and October 15, 2019 special Council Minutes, as printed.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the October 21, 2019 Council Agenda, as presented.

That the accounts for the period ending October 11, 2019 in the amount of $501,640.62 be approved for payment.

That the correspondence be received for information.

That the correspondence items be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That the resolutions from the CIty of St. Catharines and the Municipality of Grey Highlands, be received and filed.

That By-Law 109 of 2019 be now introduced and read a first time.

That By-Law 109 of 2019 be read a second time.

​That By-Law 109 of 2019 be taken as read a second time.

That By-Laws 90 and 109 of 2019 be given a third and final reading and the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 110 of 2019 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on October 21, 2019 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 21st day of October, 2019.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 4:53 p.m.to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for November 4, 2019.
