That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the July 26, 2018 Special Council meeting at 7:30 a.m.: Purchase and Sale Agreement – 1847428 Ontario Ltd. Strang Court Affordable Housing Project – Affordable Housing Solutions – Exemption from Taxes Deputy Clerk Appointment Deputy Treasurer/Payroll and Benefits Administrator Appointment Community Emergency Management Coordinator (Primary) Appointment

That Council rise and go into Closed Committee of the Whole pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (f) of the Municipal Act.

That Council rise and come out of the Closed Committee of the Whole Session at 7:45 a.m.

That By-Laws 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80 be now introduced and read a first time.

That By-Laws 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80 be taken as read a first time.

That By-Laws 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80 be read a second time.

That By-Laws 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80 be taken as read a second time.

That By-Laws 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80 be given a third and final reading and the Mayor and the Clerk be and are hereby authorized and instructed to sign the same and place the Corporate Seal thereunto.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 81 of 2018 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council special meeting held on July 26, 2018 and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this
