That the Goderich Police Services Board authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute and affix the Corporate Seal to an Ontario Transfer Payment Agreement between the Goderich Police Services Board and his Majesty the King in Right of Ontario as represented by the Solicitor General for the purposes of the Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E) Grant Program.
