Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the September 13, 2022 Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

That the Minutes of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board dated June 14, 2022 be adopted, as printed.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board increase the tipping fee from $230 to $245; AND THAT the fees for shingle loads and clean wood product loads increase from $175 to $190; AND FURTHER THAT the fee for freon removal increase from $35 to $40, plus the $20 minimum charge.

That the Accounts ending September 2, 2022 in the amount of $198,283.86, be approved.

That agenda item 7.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to July 31, 2022 and agenda item 7.2 Expense Detail Report to July 31, 2022 be received for information.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board receive items 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4 and 9.5 for information.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board concur with the staff recommendation to close the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre during the time period when the weigh scale is being installed in November 2022.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board appoint Takalo & Burt as the auditors of the 2023 Financial Statements.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycle Centre Board hereby approve that Myles Murdock, Acting Mayor of the Town of Goderich, be appointed and authorized as a signing officer of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board effective immediately; AND FURTHER THAT the Board authorize the completion of all documentation and processes required to facilitate the establishment of said signing authority; AND FURTHER THAT all signing authorizations of John C. Grace, Mayor of the Town of Goderich be hereby deleted.

That the Min-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise at 3:51 p.m. and go into Closed Session pursuant to Section 239(2).

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board rise and come out of Closed Session at 3:55 p.m.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board does now adjourn at 3:56 p.m.
