That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the September 20, 2022, regular Council Agenda, as presented.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby adopts the September 6, 2022, regular Council Minutes, as printed.

That the Town of Goderich hereby receive and approve the 2021 Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021, and forward to the necessary Provincial agencies and others as required.

That the Truly Nolen account in the amount of $430.00 be approved for payment.

That the accounts for the period ending September 1, 2022, in the amount of $4,560,705.46 be approved for payment.

That the Staff Reports be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That the request from Healthy Hearts Cardiac Rehabilitation Program be

That the request from Jaden Shier for an exception to the Noise By-Law be denied.

That the correspondence be received for information.

That the correspondence items be received for information and the noted action be approved.

That Council rise at 4:51 p.m. and go into Closed Committee of the Whole Session pursuant to Section 239(2)(a)(b).

That Council rise and come out of Closed Committee of the Whole Session at 5:15 p.m.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No.126-2022 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on September 20, 2022, and that it now be read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this September 20, 2022.

That Goderich Town Council does now adjourn at 5:40 pm to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for October 3, 2022, at 4:00 pm.

That the request from Healthy Hearts Cardiac Rehabilitation Program be tabled until more information is brought forward.
