That the Town of Goderich Fire Committee hereby adopts the January 7, 2025, Minutes, as printed.

That the Goderich Fire Committee concurs with the Fire Services Manager/Fire Chief's recommendation to authorize the purchase of a New Front-Line Pumper, in the amount of $959,276.00 plus HST, from Dependable Emergency Vehicles; And That the unfunded portion totalling $26,161.18 (non-recoverable HST portion of $16,885.18, and $9,276 over budget) be funded by additional borrowings from the Town of Goderich Reserves; And That the revenue received from the disposal of Goderich Rescue 12, through public auction, will offset or entirely eliminate the additional borrowings for the new Pumper Truck; And That the reserve price, for the disposal of this asset, shall be set at $25,000.
