That the Committee of Adjustment approve Minor Variance Application MV06-2026, subject to the following conditions: The proposed buildings be constructed consistently with the site plan submitted as part of the application to the satisfaction of the Town’s Chief Building Official; That the proposed variance shall apply to the subject lands identified as Blocks 18, 19 and 20 in the Plan of Subdivision for Phase 4 of the Coast subdivision; The approval is valid for a period of 24 months from the Committee’s decision
