MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the December 12, 2023, Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

MacLellan That the Accounts ending November 29, 2023, in the amount of $214,062.99, be approved.

MacLellan That the 2024 Draft Budget be received for information and approved, as amended.

MacLellan That the Supervisor's Report for December, 2023 be received for information.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board direct Town of Goderich staff to assist the Site Supervisor to write a letter regarding the dumping of garbage on Recycling Centre property; And Further That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board request the Municipality of Central Huron to create a No-Dumping By-Law, to prevent garbage dumping from happening in the future.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre direct Town of Goderich staff to proceed with the Freon Removal Request For Proposal (RFP) on a per-unit basis.

MacLellan That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board does now adjourn at 3:39 PM to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for February 7, 2024, at 2:30 PM.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the December 12, 2023, Board Meeting Agenda, as presented.

That the Minutes of the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board dated September 12, 2023, be adopted, as printed.

That the Accounts ending November 29, 2023, in the amount of $214,062.99, be approved.

That Agenda items 6.1 Revenue and Expenditures Report to November 30, 2023, item 6.2 Expense Detail Report to November 30, 2023, item 6.3 Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Tipping Fee Summary and item 6.4 Mid- Huron Recycling Centre Current Fees be received for information.

That the 2024 Draft Budget be received for information and approved, as amended.

That the Supervisor's Report for December, 2023 be received for information.

That the correspondence be received for information.

THAT Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board approve the 2024 meeting dates and that the Clerk be authorized to advertise the meeting dates in accordance with the Town's Public Meeting Notice By-Law 99 of 2019.

That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board does now adjourn at 3:39 PM to meet again at the next Regular Meeting scheduled for February 7, 2024, at 2:30 PM.
