That the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board hereby accepts the February 13, 2023 Special Meeting Agenda, as presented.

THAT the Mid-Huron Recycling Centre Board direct the Treasurer to reimburse each participating municipality the 2023 contribution ($5,000 each) and transfer the remaining amount of surplus into reserve.
