That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the August 24, 2020 Special Council meeting at 4:30 p.m.: Non-Disclosure Agreement with General Dynamics Land Systems - Canada. Boardwalk Update. Site Plan Agreement with Parrish & Heimbecker regarding development at 230 Harbour Court. Huron County SLED (Supporting Local Economic Development) Funding Application. Nuisance By-Law. Draft Parks and Facilities By-Law.

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the August 24, 2020 Special Council Agenda, as presented.

That the Site Plan Agreement with Parrish & Heimbecker be

That Goderich Town Council concur with the staff recommendations for Item 6.1 and Item 6.3.

That Goderich Town Council receive the Memo from Sean Thomas, Director of Operations, regarding the Boardwalk update for information.

That Goderich Town Council refer the draft Parks and Facilities By-Law to administration for revision based on the comments and suggestions received, and to bring forward the revised draft at the September 8, 2020 Regular Council Meeting for approval.

That By-Law 96 of 2020 be taken collectively.

That By-Law 96 of 2020 be read a First and Second Time.

That By-Law 96 of 2020 be read a Third Time and Finally Passed.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 98 of 2020 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council Special meeting held on August 24, 2020, and that it now be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 24th day of August, 2020.

That Goderich Town Council does adjourn at 6:10 p.m. to meet again at the regular meeting of Council scheduled for September 8, 2020 at 4:30 p.m.
