Special Council Meeting

That Goderich Town Council hereby unanimously consents to discussing and considering the following at the January 27, 2021 Special Council meeting at 4:00 p.m.: 2021 Draft Budget Overview Capital Projects Review Reserve Funds and Reserves Reserve Fund Borrowings Community Grants

That the Town of Goderich Council hereby accepts the January 27, 2021 Special Council Agenda, as presented.

That Goderich Town Council provide staff with power to act to move forward with Tenders for road construction budgeted for 2021.

That the Treasurer review the Reserves currently in place and to report back to Council with a strategic plan to manage the reserves.

That Goderich Town Council approve the grant recommendations as amended, to include the request from West Coast Blues.

That leave be given to introduce By-Law No. 12 of 2021 being a By-Law to confirm the proceedings of the Goderich Town Council meeting held on January 27, 2021, and that it now be read a first, second and third time, and finally passed this 27th day of January, 2021.

That Goderich Town Council unanimously consents to discuss the road construction tenders in addition to the items listed under the unanimous motion at Item 2. For Against Abstain Absent Mayor John C.
